Catherine Smith @ Chameleon Green

After graduating from Loughborough University with a BSc in Human Psychology, I went on to forge a career as an HR generalist, gaining experience in Manufacturing and IT Services. During this time I became a Chartered Member of the CIPD, and developed an understanding of the importance that HR is aligned with both the business objectives and the business culture. After a career break to start a family, I needed a career that offered me greater flexibility, so in 2009 I started working as an HR Consultant. The businesses I have supported range from global organisations to small independents, operating in sectors such as charity, hospitality, IT, and manufacturing.
